Nam Bora Reveals Newlywed Home and Plans for Future Children on 편스토랑

In the latest episode of KBS2's cooking variety show, 신상출시 편스토랑 (New Menu Launch: Pyeon Restaurant), Nam Bora showcased her newlywed home and expressed her serious intentions regarding starting a family. During the April 4 broadcast, the soon-to-be bride shared that she had moved in a week earlier due to contract issues. She humorously noted that her fiancé leaves her a cup of coffee every morning, along with a sweet note on the dining table.

Having grown up as the eldest of 13 siblings, Nam Bora reflected on the transition from a bustling household to a quieter life with just her fiancé. She admitted feeling a bit lonely and mentioned that she has been keeping busy with household chores, leaving her with plenty of free time.

As she gave a tour of her home, she pointed out the spacious entrance, saying, "It used to be filled with shoes, but now it feels so empty. This is the first time in my life I've experienced such an open space." The couple's shared workspace was located in the first room, while the second room caught attention as it appeared to be used for storage.

However, it was revealed that this room is intentionally kept empty for future children. Nam Bora explained, "I left this room vacant on purpose. Right now, it serves as a storage area, but I plan to decorate it as a nursery when we have a baby." Chef Park Eun-young expressed surprise at her early family planning, to which Nam Bora responded, "I have a genetic predisposition for having many children."

The couple's cozy bedroom was also featured, where Nam Bora shared her efforts to keep the space simple for restful sleep. She mentioned that they used her fiancé's existing furniture, only purchasing a new dresser.

Additionally, the master bedroom included a walk-in closet, which Nam Bora expressed delight in having for the first time, saying, "I always wished for a dressing room, and now that I have one, it’s wonderful and even beautiful."

The open living room was another highlight, as she explained, "We chose a spacious living room so that our future children can play and crawl around freely. That’s why we kept this area open." Contrary to initial assumptions, the living room featured a projector and a retractable screen instead of a traditional TV. Nam Bora humorously noted her fiancé's tech-savvy nature, saying, "He’s a bit of a gadget geek. His friends asked if I had any objections, and I told them, 'If he wants it, go for it.' If he likes it, I’m on board!"
