Live Rounds Found in Incheon International Airport Trash Can

Incheon International Airport is currently under investigation after four live rounds of 5.56mm ammunition were discovered in a trash can at the departure area of the airport's second passenger terminal. The incident occurred on April 1 at around 8 AM, when a cleaning staff member reported the find. Police responded promptly and collected the ammunition from the scene. Despite reviewing nearby CCTV footage, authorities have been unable to identify the individual who discarded the rounds. A police spokesperson noted that the positioning of the cameras makes it challenging to determine who may have left the ammunition in the trash. The investigation will continue with further examination of CCTV footage and inquiries in the area.
