On February 24, his agency, Archive Morning, released an official statement revealing that they had received reports of individuals acquiring Jo Kwon's personal details to extort money from him. The agency emphasized that this constitutes a clear illegal act and is being taken very seriously. They have already engaged the law firm Hoam to pursue legal action. Furthermore, they stated, 'We will take all necessary legal measures without leniency or settlement against any criminal acts carried out with malicious intent.' The agency also encouraged anyone who encounters threats, personal information leaks, or other criminal activities against Jo Kwon or any of their artists to report it to them. Jo Kwon debuted with 2AM in 2008 and has gained popularity through hit songs like 'This Song,' 'Friend's Confession,' and 'I Can't Let You Go Even If I Die,' as well as his performances in musicals such as 'Jamie' and 'Evil Dead.'

Park Seo-jin secured the top position with a score of 4,574 points, receiving the champion's belt from the first reigning king, Jeon Yu-jin (전유진). Expressing his gratitude, Park stated, "I wonder how happy my brothers in heaven would be to see this. I will sing even harder from now on." 

The top seven finalists included Jin Hae-sung, Enok, Shin Seung-tae, Kim Jun-soo, Choi Soo-ho, and Kang Moon-kyung. Jin Hae-sung, who finished in second place, reflected on his late grandmother, who could not witness the final performance, saying, "She may not have seen it, but I still achieved a good result." 

The top seven will participate in the upcoming 'Korean-Japanese King of Singers' competition, commemorating the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Korea and Japan. Unfortunately, Hwanhee, Kim Soo-chan, and Shin Yu did not make the top seven. Shin Yu remarked, "I have often been told that I am very ambitious for participating in 'Current King of Singers 2', but I approached it without any shame in my choices."

Even more alarming, around 300 bodies were found across 20 locations nationwide, all showing similar signs of foul play. What led to the burial of so many victims? 

The mastermind behind these atrocities was identified as Jeon Yong-hae, the leader of Baekbaekgyo, who claimed that chanting the phrase '백백백 의의의 적적적' would bring wealth and prosperity. He used 16 different aliases and covered himself in white cloth, gradually revealing his true nature as he amassed followers. 

Jeon demanded that his followers surrender their entire fortunes and even offered beautiful young women as servants. Those who dared to complain or showed signs of leaving the cult faced dire consequences, including being buried alive by a group of followers known as 'Byeokryeoksa.' The dark truth of his actions began to surface as Yoo Gon-yong, a victim of Jeon's manipulations, sought to expose him. 

Commenting on the severity of the cult's impact, Lee Ji-hye expressed her outrage, stating, 'The damage caused by this cult that lured people in is too severe.' An Hyun-mo added, 'It's shocking to learn that such a horrifying event actually occurred in our country.' The episode is set to air on February 25 at 9:50 PM.
