SUPER JUNIOR Parodies Popular Show 'I Am Solo' in New Reality Series

SUPER JUNIOR (슈퍼주니어), the iconic K-pop group under SM Entertainment, is making waves with their parody of the hit reality show 'I Am Solo' (나는 솔로). To celebrate their 20th anniversary, the group launched a 10-episode reality series titled 'Super TV' (눈 떠보니 슈퍼TV), which airs every Friday at 12 PM on TVING and 7 PM on Mnet. The show features a unique concept where the members must work together to escape from a world where their spoken words come to life.
Following the unconventional first episode, which showcased a 'photo exhibition,' the second episode, titled 'I Am SUPER SOLO' (나는 슈퍼 솔로), focuses on the members as they search for compatible partners. They engage in activities such as finding randomly assigned name tags, introducing themselves, and gradually getting to know each other.
In the latest episode aired on April 4, the members participated in games to explore each other's charms. Eunhyuk attempted a playful tactic called 'snack flirting' by sharing treats, but the unique enthusiasm of the members led to unexpected moments of humor, causing the initially sweet atmosphere to take a turn.
As the evening progressed, the members enjoyed a lunchbox date, but while Ryeowook, Leeteuk, Eunhyuk, Shindong, Donghae, and Kyuhyun were busy finding their partners, Heechul ended up eating alone, humorously dubbed 'lonely meal.' The interactions showcased their evolving relationships through serious 'push and pull' dynamics.
With the final partner selection set to air on April 11, viewers are eager to see how the playful 'game flirting' will unfold, as the members express excitement and curiosity with the phrase 'I found my partner.' The anticipation for the conclusion of 'I Am SUPER SOLO' is building.
In addition to their reality show, SUPER JUNIOR has an ambitious lineup of projects planned for their 20th anniversary, including exhibitions, album releases, pop-up stores, and concert tours.
