Park Soo-hong, the original 'Yoseoknam' (a term for a 'sexy man who cooks'), is making his debut in the kitchenware business. He recently launched a 'Haikujin Pot and Pan Set' and appeared live on public home shopping at 6 AM today (April 6). After becoming a father to a daughter last October, Park felt the need for high-quality kitchen tools while preparing homemade baby food, leading him to create this line. He is determined to showcase his culinary skills using these products during the broadcast.

The company collaborating with Park, Hyungseong F&B (led by CEO Park Yong-hyung), stated, "Weekend mornings are prime time for home shopping. We are targeting the main consumer demographic for kitchenware, which is typically aged 60 to 80, during this slot. Viewers can expect Park's energetic hosting and delicious recipes that are perfect for weekend cooking challenges."

Park Soo-hong is not just a model for the kitchenware; he is actively involved in the business. Reports suggest he is particularly attentive to customer feedback, working to address any issues that arise post-purchase.

He commented, "Having hosted various cooking shows and cooked for my family at home, I believe that cooking tools significantly affect the taste and quality of food. I approached the design of these kitchen products with my family's safety, quality, and utility in mind."

In related news, Park recently stepped down from the show 'Dongchimi,' which he co-hosted with Choi Eun-kyung for 13 years. This decision sparked controversy as the production team reportedly informed both hosts of their departure due to program restructuring without prior discussion.

On April 4, MBN announced, "As part of our 30th-anniversary project, we will be implementing production changes following our recent reports. New faces will be introduced to the audience this spring."
