Song Da-eun Speaks Out Against Rumors and Online Harassment

On April 5, actress Song Da-eun took to her personal social media account to express her anger over the various rumors and negative comments surrounding her. She stated, "I've consistently said that if I deserve criticism, then don't drag me into nonsensical accusations. The more you do this, the more grateful I feel."

She continued, "At first, I received support, with people sending links saying, 'Please sue this too,' and 'I support your lawsuit.' But then they found out I did something wrong? I know your routine all too well. After years of this, if I haven't learned, that would be ridiculous."

Song added, "When you send me hateful emails, it actually makes it too obvious! I genuinely appreciate it. Please stick to what makes sense. If you think you know something, it only proves you’re a stalker. Double-check your facts. When you write hateful comments, take a moment to reflect on yourself. It’s truly unfortunate."

Song Da-eun rose to fame in 2018 through Channel A's Heart Signal 2 (하트시그널2) and has since appeared in shows like Eun-joo's Room (은주의 방), Once Again (한번 다녀왔습니다), and Outing (외출).

However, her personal life has been plagued by issues, including dating rumors linked to former BIGBANG member Seungri. After it was revealed that she worked at the Monkey Museum, co-founded by Seungri and Yoo In-seok, she faced unfounded allegations of being involved in the Burning Sun scandal. In response, she clarified, "I am not Seungri's ex-girlfriend. I have never engaged in any activities related to 'clubs' or 'drugs' that have followed me for years. While it’s true I worked at the Monkey Museum for a month, I was never involved with Burning Sun."

Recently, rumors of her dating BTS's Jimin (지민) have resurfaced, prompting her to announce legal action against the spread of false information.
