Singer Sung Si-kyung to Take a Break from Annual Concerts

Singer Sung Si-kyung has announced that he will not hold his annual concerts this year, marking a break from a tradition he has maintained for 13 years. On April 5, he shared on Instagram, 'I plan to take a year off from 'Sung Si-kyung's Wedding Song,' which I started in 2012, after 14 years.' He expressed that taking a break from such a beloved performance, which has always filled him with joy, required significant courage. Sung noted that he had many performances last year and felt the need for a time to recharge. He reassured fans, saying, 'I’m not going anywhere or retiring, so don’t worry. I hope you can understand and support this difficult decision with an open heart.' He added, 'I want to use this time wisely, taking care of myself, exploring new challenges, and preparing good music, with the hope of holding a concert by the end of the year.'
