As of that morning, 'Seungbu' had reached a total of 1,056,921 viewers, maintaining its position as the number one film at the box office since its release. This milestone comes just 11 days after its premiere, indicating a strong box office performance as it heads into its second weekend.

In the film, Lee portrays the legendary Go player Cho Hun-hyun, and he took a moment to personally thank the audience for their support. He also demonstrated his calligraphy skills by writing the character '무심' (meaning 'mindlessness'), which reflects Cho's determination before a major match.
