Kwon Sang-woo and Son Tae-young's Daughter Shows Entrepreneurial Spirit During Shopping Trip

On April 5, a new video titled 'Son Tae-young Shocked by U.S. Department Store Prices While Shopping with Daughter' was released on the YouTube channel 'Mrs. New Jersey Son Tae-young.' In the video, Son Tae-young and her daughter, Lee Ho, went shopping in New York with a friend. As they drove along a road overlooking the Hudson River, Son Tae-young remarked, 'It feels like driving along the Han River, which makes me feel at ease.'

She expressed her love for driving but admitted that navigating unfamiliar routes can be a bit daunting, especially in areas where GPS signals are weak. 'Sometimes the map cuts out, and that can be a bit confusing,' she said.

Son Tae-young explained that they were out shopping because Lee Ho was on spring break. She mentioned that a new department store had opened near Wall Street, although it was quite a distance to travel. 'We came out today because Lu-ki has soccer practice later,' she added.

Upon arriving at the department store, Son Tae-young found herself confused by directions to the entrance and ended up taking a while to find her way. She shared her shopping philosophy with Lee Ho, saying, 'At first, we just look with our eyes. We can check out everything and buy what we like. You don’t have to buy anything right away.'

While browsing clothes, Son Tae-young thought of her husband, Kwon Sang-woo, and commented on how well certain outfits would suit him. When Lee Ho picked out a shirt, Son Tae-young checked the price, which was approximately 360,000 KRW (around $300). She quickly decided against purchasing it, saying, 'No way. Let’s save up your allowance for this one.'

She expressed a bit of disappointment, saying, 'If our sizes were the same, we could wear them together.'

In a light-hearted moment, Lee Ho pulled out a bracelet she had made and jokingly asked for money, causing laughter among those present. Previously, she had mentioned her ambition to start a bracelet business. 'It’s $2,' she said, and her friend was impressed with her craftsmanship, even giving her a tip. Lee Ho also mentioned her intention to donate the money she collected, adding a heartwarming touch to the outing.
