Lawyer Yang Na-rae Discusses Infidelity Cases on MBC's Radio Star

She noted, "Most suspicions of infidelity don't arise without reason. For instance, if someone frequently checks their phone or takes too long to return from errands, it's better to observe rather than confront them directly."
Yang recounted a particularly striking case involving a mother and her elementary school daughter watching a romantic scene on TV. The daughter innocently asked, "What does it mean when people kiss?" Yang explained that such gestures are typical among people in love. To her surprise, the daughter responded, "So, does that mean Dad and Auntie are in love too?" This revelation shocked those present, as it hinted at a potential affair between the mother’s sister and her husband.
In another shocking example, Yang described a situation where a husband noticed his wife returning from the gym looking refreshed and glowing. Upon further investigation, he discovered that while she claimed to be at the gym, she was actually meeting her personal trainer in the car for intimate encounters.
Yang further revealed that the husband followed his wife to a lodging facility, where he saw her entering with another man. A look at her phone revealed a list of seven men's names, along with their details, which left everyone astounded. She concluded by stating that it is possible to file for damages in an affair lawsuit, noting that some of the men were unaware that they were involved with married women, while others were fully aware of the situation.
