A tragic accident occurred when a teenager driving a rental car without a license crashed into a central divider, sending debris onto an oncoming taxi and resulting in the death of the taxi driver. A creditor had placed a lien on the property for a maximum claim of 1.8 billion KRW, and a court-ordered auction was initiated after the creditor filed for it last September due to overdue payments. The creditor later transferred the claim to a lending company.
