YouTube Couple Son Min-soo and Im Ra-ra Share Heartwarming Pregnancy News After Two-Year Wait

Son Min-soo (손민수) and Im Ra-ra (임라라), the beloved couple from 'Enjoy Couple' (엔조이커플), have shared the joyous news of Im Ra-ra's pregnancy after a long two-year journey. On May 11, they released a heartfelt video on their YouTube channel titled 'After Two Years of Waiting, Our Baby Has Arrived. What Happened When I Came Out to My Husband?! [Infertility Log ep.6]', detailing their emotional experience.
In the video, Im Ra-ra recounts her feelings after undergoing in vitro fertilization, explaining that she and her husband had decided not to check the pregnancy test until the 14th day. However, the next day, she took the test alone in the bathroom and was overwhelmed with emotion when she saw two lines indicating a positive result.
To celebrate this moment, she prepared a surprise pregnancy announcement for Son Min-soo. She decorated their front door with a message saying, 'Happy Birthday, Min-soo,' along with a voucher for a two-day trip and a handwritten note that read 'Dad.' When Son Min-soo returned from running an errand, he was so moved by the surprise that he collapsed to the floor in tears.
Son Min-soo expressed his joy, saying, 'I will be a great dad. I will make you the happiest mom in the world,' as he embraced Im Ra-ra. When he asked why she took the test, she replied, 'I wanted to know the result before hearing it over the phone, to protect your feelings.'
The couple later visited a hospital for a blood test, where they received reassuring results and expressed their hopes for continued positive outcomes.
For the past two years, the couple had been trying to conceive naturally but decided to pursue IVF after facing challenges. They have been sharing their journey through their 'Infertility Log' content.
In a message to their YouTube community, they shared, 'After shedding tears of sadness in front of pregnancy tests countless times, we finally shed tears of joy. We hope our happiness does not bring pain to anyone else, and we wish for miraculous moments to come for everyone.'
