YOUNG POSSE Achieves Perfect Score with 'COLD'

The K-pop group YOUNG POSSE (영파씨), consisting of members Jeong Seon-hye (정선혜), Wi Yeon-jeong (위연정), Gianna (지아나), Do Eun (도은), and Han Ji-eun (한지은), successfully wrapped up their promotional activities for their special album 'COLD' on March 12, concluding with a performance on MBC M and MBC every1's Show! Champion (쇼! 챔피언).
The album 'COLD' showcases a new side of YOUNG POSSE, featuring a unique charm that has not been seen before. With the support of Taiwanese director Remi Huang and actress Zheng Jinghua (증경화), the group executed a pre-promotion campaign reminiscent of a youth film release, garnering significant attention.
All members contributed to the songwriting, demonstrating their growth in musical talent. Members Wi Yeon-jeong and Do Eun even ventured into acting with a dramatized music video for the title track 'COLD (feat. 10CM)', which intricately connects the storytelling of the characters in the video with the themes of each track, allowing fans to deeply engage with the lyrics.
The unexpected collaboration with 10CM has also become a hot topic. Not only did 10CM feature on the title track, but he also appeared in a live clip where he performed 'COLD (feat. 10CM)' alongside YOUNG POSSE in a jjimjilbang (Korean sauna). His expressionless singing style has captivated viewers, leading the video to approach 1 million views in no time.
Notably, 'COLD (feat. 10CM)' marked YOUNG POSSE's first entry into the Melon HOT100 chart since their debut, and the accompanying challenge video has surpassed 1.5 million views, showcasing their rising popularity. The challenge has seen participation from notable figures such as Zheng Jinghua, Infinite's Jang Dong-woo, BTOB's Seo Eunkwang, and Zero Base One's Park Geon-wook, creating a warm atmosphere.
Looking ahead, YOUNG POSSE will kick off their tour '082DROP in TEXAS SQUARE of 45' starting March 15 in San Antonio, Texas. With ambitious plans to spread Korean music worldwide, they will be visiting five cities in Texas.
