Incheon police have confirmed that three foreign nationals, who allegedly fled with 240 million won in cash, have all left the country, prompting a request for a red notice from Interpol. The Incheon Western Police Station reported on April 1 that arrest warrants have been issued for a 20-something Russian man, referred to as A, and two Kazakhstani men, also in their twenties, on charges of theft. 

The incident occurred on February 21 at around 9:40 PM in a commercial building in Seoknam-dong, Incheon, where the suspects are accused of stealing 240 million won from a group led by a man identified as B. B had come to the location with cash in a paper bag after seeing A's advertisement in an open chatroom, where A claimed to be selling cryptocurrency Tether (USDT) at a low price. While B was momentarily distracted, A allegedly seized the opportunity to grab the bag of cash and escape. 

Following the theft, A and his accomplices traveled to an officetel in Ansan, Gyeonggi Province, before heading to Incheon International Airport the next day. A flew to Vietnam, while the two accomplices departed for Kazakhstan. 

Authorities suspect that there may be additional accomplices aiding the suspects within South Korea, but investigations have yet to yield significant results, and the whereabouts of the stolen cash remain unknown. A police official stated, 'We have not been able to identify any additional accomplices or the location of the cash. Due to the unclear whereabouts of the suspects, we plan to submit the case to the prosecution with a recommendation for a wanted notice.'
