Yoo Jae-suk Talks Salary on Running Man Amid Real Estate Success

On the March 23 episode of SBS's Running Man (런닝맨), beloved host Yoo Jae-suk (유재석) humorously addressed his salary, drawing attention from fans. The episode featured a challenge called 'Charging to Leave Work,' where cast members had to charge a dead phone and video call the producer to clock out. Initially confident about the simple rules, the members were thrown off by the outdated 2G flip phones they had to use, leading to comedic struggles as they searched for chargers and outlets.

During the challenge, the members encountered embarrassing old photos that came with equally amusing nicknames. One of the standout moments was when Yoo Jae-suk's photo was humorously captioned, 'I earn more than Seok-jin hyung even doing this,' which sent everyone into fits of laughter.

Yoo Jae-suk has made headlines recently for his real estate investments, having purchased properties in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam, last year. Reports indicate he bought a building for 11.6 billion KRW (approximately $10 million) on a land area of 298.5㎡ and another for 8.2 billion KRW (around $7 million) on a land area of 275.2㎡, both in cash. Additionally, he recently acquired a penthouse in the same area for 8.6657 billion KRW (about $7.5 million).

With his real estate assets reportedly exceeding 300 billion KRW, Yoo Jae-suk's comments about his earnings have sparked even more interest among fans.
