Yoo Jae-suk Loses Patience with Bae Jung-nam on 'How Do You Play?'

In the latest episode of MBC's How Do You Play? (놀면 뭐하니?), which aired on December 21, 2024, Yoo Jae-suk expressed his frustration with Bae Jung-nam's styling choices during a fashion showdown against Joo Woo-jae.

On this episode, Bae Jung-nam styled Yoo Jae-suk, Lee Yi-kyung, and Park Jin-joo, while Joo Woo-jae took charge of coordinating outfits for Kang Cheol-woong, Ha Ha, and Mi-joo. Bae suggested a preppy look for Yoo, but the seasoned entertainer was not impressed, stating, "This won't win us anything."

The group eventually ventured to a different vintage shop, where Yoo Jae-suk found a chestnut hat that he liked, prompting Bae to sigh in exasperation. Yoo then declared, "What’s wrong with that? I’m going to wear what I want, regardless of what you think."

Bae Jung-nam admitted to feeling lost, saying, "I was confident about how to style before we got to the store, but now I have no idea what to do. I feel like we might end up losing completely." He even suggested giving up, stating, "Can’t we just wear what we like? This is the first time I’ve ever felt like giving up on styling. I’ve learned a lot from this experience."

Yoo Jae-suk criticized the high-fashion options Bae presented, jokingly asking if they were dressing for a circus. He opted for his usual style, donning an orange jacket and hat, which led Lee Yi-kyung to tease him about his fruit-themed look.

Meanwhile, Bae Jung-nam noted that the final decision would be made by the judging panel, and he aimed for a photoshoot-worthy concept. Despite the pressure, Yoo remained true to his style, asserting, "What’s wrong with that? It’s about finding confidence. Fashion is about wearing what I want."

Bae suggested a whimsical cape, which made Yoo question if Bae was mocking him. Undeterred, Yoo continued to search for a different hat. After finalizing his look, Lee Yi-kyung remarked that Yoo's outfit was quite ordinary, but Yoo confidently accessorized with sunglasses, likening his appearance to that of Seo Taiji in 'Come Back Home.'
