Yong-sik Apologizes to Ok-soon on 'I Am SOLO'

In the latest episode of 'I Am SOLO' (나는 솔로), which aired on February 26, 2025, Yong-sik from the 24th season expressed his apologies to Ok-soon. During a conversation with Kwang-soo, Yong-sik realized that his actions had been misguided. Kwang-soo pointed out, "You like Ok-soon, right? But why aren't you considering her feelings?" This prompted Yong-sik to reflect on his behavior. He admitted in an interview, "I was selfish. My feelings clouded my judgment. I think I was holding Ok-soon back. I'm sorry to her."

Yong-sik further explained to Ok-soon, "I was blinded by my feelings. Normally, I prefer a gentle and subtle approach in relationships, where either I express my feelings or the girl feels them naturally. But I lost sight of that this time." He continued, "I never thought my expressions would hurt you, which led me to impose choices on you. I didn't realize my actions could cause you pain. I was just filming a melodrama in my head."

He candidly admitted, "Honestly, I was frustrated with my sister yesterday. Please understand, I can be selfish, and I think that's just who I am." In closing, he confessed, "I do like you, but I just wanted to let you know my name. Right now, I don't have strong feelings, but I do think you're great." After hearing his apology, Ok-soon simply replied, "You’ve had a tough time." While he maintained composure in front of her, Yong-sik later expressed his emotional turmoil in an interview, stating, "I’m just a crazy guy in love," as he shed tears.
