YG and HYBE Collaborate for YOASOBI Concert Featuring AKMU and NewJeans

The globally popular unit YOASOBI is set to perform alongside special guests at their upcoming concert. According to the live entertainment brand LIVET, the 'YOASOBI ASIA TOUR 2024-2025 “초현실 / cho-genjitsu”' will feature AKMU and NewJeans as guest performers on December 7 and 8, respectively.
Last year, YOASOBI held their first concert in South Korea, showcasing only their own performances. This time, they plan to enhance the experience by collaborating with notable K-pop artists. NewJeans will take the stage on Saturday, December 7, while AKMU will perform on Sunday, December 8.
Given the immense popularity of AKMU and NewJeans, both of whom have garnered global acclaim, anticipation is high for this collaboration that brings together leading artists from Korea and Japan.
Previously, YOASOBI's first concert in Korea sold out completely, demonstrating their strong fanbase. The upcoming December concerts also achieved full sell-out status just one minute after ticket sales opened, further solidifying their status as a global sensation.
In addition to the concerts, YOASOBI will engage with their domestic fans through various activities. From November 28 to December 4, they will host a pop-up store at 더현대서울, and on November 30, they are scheduled to perform at the 16th Melon Music Awards (MMA2024).
YOASOBI has created a worldwide phenomenon with their opening song '아이돌 (Idol)' from the anime '최애의 아이', and they have made history as the first Japanese artists to achieve 'Billion Hits', continuing their unprecedented career in J-pop.
The 'YOASOBI ASIA TOUR 2024-2025 “초현실 / cho-genjitsu”' will take place at Inspire Arena in Incheon, South Korea, on December 7 and 8.
