Yang Jung-a Talks About Her 'Something' with Kim Seung-soo on Radio Star
On the March 5 episode of MBC's Radio Star (라디오스타), actress Yang Jung-a discussed her rumored romantic connection with fellow actor Kim Seung-soo. During the special segment titled 'Suspicious Women,' Yang revealed that she and Kim share the same birthday, having been born just four hours apart.
Yang mentioned that they have collaborated on four projects together, and that their mutual friends, Park Won-suk and Park Geun-hyung, encouraged them to meet due to their shared birthday. She noted that after finishing one project, they would often lose touch, but they recently reunited for an SBS variety show.
Reflecting on their past friendship, Yang shared, 'Before, we were just friends. But while filming this time, I realized that I could feel those fluttering emotions again, thanks to my friend.'
When asked by Yoo Se-yoon about rumors of them living together, Yang clarified, 'After a few episodes aired, there were false reports claiming we were expecting twins and getting married in a hotel, and that we were living together in a 60-pyeong house.'
She expressed that receiving attention at her age was a rare occurrence, and the fake news had caused her some distress. Yang concluded by stating that she and Kim have returned to being close friends, describing the experience as a fun episode in their lives.
