Yang Hyun-min and Choi Cham-sarang Announce Return to IVF Treatments

On the March 10 episode of SBS's 'Same Bed, Different Dreams 2: You Are My Destiny' (동상이몽2 너는 내 운명), Yang Hyun-min and Choi Cham-sarang revealed to their friends that they are resuming in vitro fertilization (IVF) treatments. The couple hosted fellow actor Go Chang-seok, comedian Ahn Young-mi, and director Lee Byung-hun at their home.
While preparing to welcome their guests, Choi Cham-sarang surprised everyone by cooking 40 servings of japchae (잡채), stating, 'I made a lot so I can also share with my parents.'
As the guests arrived, Go Chang-seok and director Lee Byung-hun were greeted warmly, with Kim Gu-ra noting that director Lee is from Incheon, just like him. Comedian Ahn Young-mi also made a surprise entrance, prompting Yang Hyun-min to share that they have been supporting each other since their university days.
While touring the house, Go Chang-seok humorously remarked, 'You’ll be living separately soon,' which elicited laughter from the group. Ahn Young-mi admired the home, exclaiming, 'It’s so beautiful! Look at how the refrigerator is organized!'
Director Lee, a frequent visitor, remained nonchalant, adding to the humor of the situation. Yang Hyun-min mentioned, 'The director comes often. Song Ji-hyo also visits frequently because she is close with my wife.'
Go Chang-seok tasted the japchae and praised it, saying, 'It’s delicious and not too salty.' Meanwhile, director Lee enjoyed the meal, noting, 'I’m getting to eat the kimchi from this house.'
Yang Hyun-min shared that they had been undergoing IVF for about two years but took a break before deciding to start again, using the gathering as an opportunity to share the news. Director Lee reflected on how challenging the process seemed when he observed it previously.
The conversation turned to Yang Hyun-min and Choi Cham-sarang's relationship, with Go Chang-seok recalling a time he asked Choi Cham-sarang why she was dating Yang Hyun-min, which made everyone laugh. Yang Hyun-min chimed in, saying, 'Many people have asked that question.'
