WINNER's Song Min-ho and Actress Park Joo-hyun Rumored to be Dating Amid Military Service Controversy

Song Min-ho of the K-pop group WINNER and actress Park Joo-hyun are reportedly in a romantic relationship, having grown closer after co-starring in the 2022 Netflix film Seoul Vibe. According to a media report on December 18, the couple has been dating for two years, with sightings of them working out together in Gangnam and spending time in Yangyang, Gangwon Province.

Park Joo-hyun attended Song Min-ho's brand launch event in 2022, and he has shown support for her by sending a coffee truck to the set of MBC's The Forbidden Marriage (금혼령, 조선혼인금지령).

Both YG Entertainment, representing Song Min-ho, and 935 Entertainment, representing Park Joo-hyun, have stated that they cannot confirm the details due to the artists' private lives.

Currently, Song Min-ho is facing allegations of inadequate military service. On December 17, Dispatch reported that after returning from a six-day trip to Hawaii in October, he failed to report for duty properly in the second week of November and was also absent from his workplace earlier this month. There are also claims that he manipulated his attendance records by signing them all at once.

YG Entertainment responded that they cannot provide detailed information regarding the artist's service, but clarified that his medical leave is an extension of treatment received prior to his service, and all other leaves were taken in accordance with regulations.

The Military Manpower Administration has initiated an investigation, and a complaint has been filed with the police regarding potential violations of military service laws. Song Min-ho is set to be discharged from service on December 23.
