Virtual Idol Group PLAVE Returns with Mini Album 'Caligo Pt.1'

Virtual idol group PLAVE is set to make a comeback with their third mini album titled 'Caligo Pt.1', which will be released today, February 3, at 6 PM KST across various music streaming platforms.

This new album marks a significant progression from their initial 'ASTERUM Trilogy', showcasing a deeper emotional resonance unique to PLAVE. It features five tracks that span a variety of genres including rock, city pop, hip-hop, R&B, and ballad. Once again, all members have contributed to the songwriting, composing, choreography, and production, highlighting their identity as a self-produced idol group.

The title track 'Dash' stands out with its powerful rock-based sound, emphasizing PLAVE's transformation. Rather than just a strong concept song, the members meticulously refined both the music and choreography to express their unique emotional intensity.

The music video for 'Dash' has been produced on a blockbuster scale, utilizing more than double the resources and production time compared to previous projects. The striking visuals and storytelling dramatically capture PLAVE's new challenges and changes.

Additionally, the album includes the pre-released track 'Island', which was shared as a special video on their official YouTube channel. This song contrasts with the title track, featuring a soothing R&B tempo with gentle piano melodies.
