Unique Parents Take Center Stage in New 'Gag Concert' Segment
The upcoming episode of KBS2's Gag Concert (개그콘서트), airing on December 15, will introduce a fresh segment titled 'Observation Class' (참관수업). This skit showcases the quirky antics of unusual parents attending a parent-teacher observation session. Featured cast members include Jo Hyun-min (조현민), Kim Young-hee (김영희), Song Young-gil (송영길), Lee Jung-in (이정인), Kim Si-woo (김시우), Nam Hyun-seung (남현승), Lim Sun-yang (임선양), and Lim Seul-ki (임슬기).
In a humorous twist, Jo Hyun-min and Lim Sun-yang enter the classroom with a 'big camera' to capture their daughter Lee Jung-in's performance, drawing everyone's attention. Song Young-gil plays the role of Lim Seul-ki's father, who has had a drink, while Kim Young-hee embodies the overbearing mother of Nam Hyun-seung, who mixes English into her speech and excessively pressures her son, promising plenty of laughs.
Additionally, the segment 'Communication King Grandma Malja' will feature the band Daybreak (데이브레이크), celebrating their 17th anniversary. Following the release of their new mini-album on December 10, they share with Grandma Malja, played by Kim Young-hee, that they have released their first album in eight years and express their dream of becoming global stars despite their rising popularity.
The laughter relay from the newly launched 'Studio Dorongnyong' (스튜디오 도롱뇽) continues this week. Idol Hwang Eun-bi (황은비), adult film actor Lee Joon-soo (이준수), and rookie Jeong Tae-ho (정태호), born in 2005, are cast in a zombie movie and begin rehearsing their lines. Their unique habits are expected to turn the rehearsal into a comedic spectacle. Notably, Jeong Tae-ho has reportedly brought out an item that raises doubts about whether he is truly a 2005 baby, adding to the humor. Veteran music show camera director Lee Se-jin (이세진) will also join in to elevate the comedic moments.
