TVXQ Kicks Off SM's 30th Anniversary Concert at Gocheok Sky Dome

The first performance of the SM Entertainment 30th Anniversary Concert was delivered by TVXQ. On January 12, 2025, the 'SMTOWN LIVE 2025' concert took place at the Gocheok Sky Dome in Guro, Seoul. Following the event on January 11, this two-day concert was simultaneously broadcasted on global platforms Beyond LIVE and Weverse, allowing fans worldwide to connect with the event.

TVXQ, consisting of Yunho (유노윤호) and Changmin (최강창민), opened the concert with their title track 'Rising Sun' from their second studio album. The duo made a dynamic entrance from a lift, showcasing the powerful and energetic choreography characteristic of 'Rising Sun'.

Despite a minor mishap where Changmin stumbled upon landing from the lift, he seamlessly continued with the performance, demonstrating professionalism.

The 'SM 30th Anniversary Concert' features a star-studded lineup of 98 artists from SM Entertainment, including Kangta (강타), BoA (보아), Super Junior, Girls' Generation's Hyoyeon (소녀시대 효연), SHINee's Key (샤이니 키) and Minho (민호), EXO's Suho (엑소 수호) and Chanyeol (찬열), Red Velvet, NCT 127, NCT DREAM, WayV, aespa, RISE, NCT WISH, Naivis, Jo Mi, Raiden, SMTR25 (25 trainees), Mavista, SM Jazz Trio, Min Jiwoon, H.O.T.'s Tony An (토니안), S.E.S.'s Bada (바다), Fly to the Sky's Hwanhee (환희), Dear Alice, and Mytro, among others.
