TV Personality Lee Ji-hye Involved in Car Accident While Traveling in Japan

TV personality Lee Ji-hye (이지혜) recently experienced a car accident while on vacation in Sapporo, Japan, with her family. On January 16, a video titled 'Lee Ji-hye's Family in a Car Accident on Sapporo Highway' was uploaded to her YouTube channel, 'Mibji Anheun Gwanjong Unni' (밉지않은 관종언니).

Lee Ji-hye was traveling with her husband, Moon Jae-wan (문재완), and their two daughters. Upon arriving at their accommodation, the couple shared details about the accident. Moon Jae-wan recalled, "The lanes were narrow, and there was oncoming traffic," reflecting on the moment of the crash. Lee Ji-hye described the experience as terrifying, stating, "It was a steep downhill curve, and when I hit the brakes, we suddenly veered left into a ditch. Just imagine if there had been something down there; we could have died," she expressed with a shocked look.

She added, "My husband was trying to act calm, but his hands were shaking. It seemed like he was in shock." Lee Ji-hye then asked her daughter, "Tae-ri, that was really scary yesterday, right?" to which Tae-ri replied, "I thought my heart had disappeared, and I was going to die."

Towards the end of the video, the couple returned the rental car. Lee Ji-hye expressed her concern about the repair costs for the damaged vehicle but found solace in the fact that they were alive, saying, "We’re just glad to be alive. Money isn’t what matters right now."

Lee Ji-hye married tax accountant Moon Jae-wan in 2017, and they have two daughters together.
