TV Chosun Unveils Largest Production Center in Seoul

On December 12, TV Chosun inaugurated its new production center, the largest of its kind in Seoul, located near the Gasan Digital Complex subway station in Geumcheon-gu. The Gasan Production Center features a basement level and five floors, encompassing approximately 1,984 square meters (600 pyeong) with a ceiling height of 25 meters, making it the largest single studio space in the city.

With the opening of the Gasan Production Center, TV Chosun can now accommodate large-scale productions for its flagship audition programs, such as Miss Trot and Mr. Trot. The highly anticipated program, Mr. Trot 3, is set to premiere on December 19, with recordings scheduled to take place at the new center starting in January. This development allows TV Chosun to produce content in-house rather than relying on external studio rentals. The center will also support the production of popular entertainment and variety shows like 'The Love of Joseon' (조선의 사랑꾼), 'Dad and Me' (아빠하고 나하고), and 'Strong Opponents' (강적들).

The opening ceremony was attended by TV Chosun Chairman Hong Du-pyo, along with executives, Geumcheon District Mayor Yoo Seong-hoon, CJ Logistics Construction Division CEO Min Young-hak, and Chosun Ilbo President Bang Jun-ho and Publisher Hong Jun-ho.
