Trot Prince Park Seo-jin Reveals Friendship with Lee Chan-won on 'Salim Nam 2'

In the latest episode of KBS2TV's variety show Salim Nam 2 (살림남2), which aired on March 22, 2025, Trot Prince Park Seo-jin shared his close relationship with fellow singer Lee Chan-won. After achieving a viewership rating of over 7.5%, Park Seo-jin reached out to Lee Chan-won regarding a busking promise. When asked by fellow cast member Park Hyo-jung if there was a famous person who could join them for the busking, Park Seo-jin quickly contacted Lee Chan-won. Lee responded enthusiastically, noting, 'With a 7.5% rating, isn’t that number one for Saturday? If it goes up, you’ll have to keep your promise. I watch Salim Nam regularly, so just call me.'

Park Seo-jin then playfully suggested, 'If we surpass 8% in ratings, you should join me. Should we set a date?' Lee Chan-won readily agreed, saying, 'I’ll definitely come.'

Lee Chan-won also expressed his gratitude towards Park Seo-jin, recalling a past event in Sangju, Gyeongsangbuk-do, where their schedules overlapped. He mentioned that his grandmother was a big fan of Park Seo-jin and appreciated that he brought health supplements for her on that day, highlighting the singer's kindness.
