TOMORROW X TOGETHER Releases New Album 'Star's Chapter: Together'

TOMORROW X TOGETHER (투모로우바이투게더) has made a strong comeback with their fourth studio album, 'Star's Chapter: Together' (별의 장 : 투게더), which was celebrated at a showcase held on July 21, 2025, at Kyung Hee University's Peace Hall in Dongdaemun, Seoul. This album marks their first full release in 1 year and 9 months since 'Name's Chapter: Freefall' (이름의 장 : 프리폴) was released in October 2023.

During the event, member Soobin (수빈) expressed, "We worked hard to show our growth both musically and visually," while Huening Kai (휴닝카이) shared his excitement about the album, saying, "I’m curious and looking forward to everyone’s reactions after such a long wait." Taehyun (태현) added, "We prepared diligently to showcase our unique colors and will give our best in our activities."

'Star's Chapter: Together' serves as the final installment of the 'Star's Chapter' series, following their previous mini-album 'Star's Chapter: Sanctuary' (별의 장 : 생크추어리). This new album explores the true meaning of 'togetherness.' While 'Sanctuary' focused on magical moments experienced through reunion, the latest release narrates a powerful story of boys stepping out of their comfort zones to save each other and the world.

Taehyun mentioned, "I pondered a lot about the meaning of 'together.' We expressed that thought musically," while Yeonjun (연준) stated, "This album embodies our team identity the most. One of our strengths is narrative coherence, and this album is perfect in that regard." Huening Kai added, "We depicted the intricate growth of a boy, and since all five of us have strong visuals, we could challenge ourselves with a unique concept."

The title track, 'Beautiful Strangers' (뷰티풀 스트레인저스), is a hip-hop song featuring a trap rhythm that contrasts dreamy piano lines with intense synthesizer sounds. It tells the story of 'me' growing stronger through the power received from 'you' and the beauty of 'us' being unique. Yeonjun contributed to the performance creation, enhancing the team's distinctiveness.

Huening Kai shared, "As soon as I heard the song, I envisioned performing it on stage. I felt I could convey our emotional journey authentically," while Yeonjun described it as "pure intensity."

Beomgyu (범규) noted, "Soobin took on many high notes in this album. I fell for him for the first time. I believe many will become fans through this activity," and Soobin admitted, "I was worried about performing live when I first received the song, but I gained confidence through practice."

Regarding the choreography, Yeonjun explained, "The dance style is different from what we've shown before. This was my first time creating choreography for the title track, and it was fun. All the members did great," while Huening Kai added, "Yeonjun understands our team’s color well, so our unique atmosphere was well captured." Beomgyu mentioned, "The choreography style was new and exciting for me, and I expressed my personal touch in my parts."

The album includes eight tracks, such as 'Upside Down Kiss' (업사이드 다운 키스), which Yeonjun wrote, and 'Song of the Stars' (별의 노래), a stadium rock genre piece. Notably, this album features solo tracks from each member for the first time since their debut, including Yeonjun's 'Ghost Girl' (고스트 걸), Soobin's 'Sunday Driver' (선데이 드라이버), Huening Kai's 'Dance With You' (댄스 위드 유), Beomgyu's 'Take My Half' (테이크 마이 하프), and Taehyun's 'Bird of Night' (버드 오브 나잇).

TOMORROW X TOGETHER is often referred to as 'the President of Elementary School Students' (초통령). Recently, the director of the Netflix animation 'K-Pop Demon Hunters' (케이팝 데몬 헌터스) created a romance for a character modeled after Yeonjun.

Yeonjun expressed gratitude, saying, "Thanks to 'K-Pop Demon Hunters,' the status of K-pop has risen significantly. I’m thankful that they referenced our team and me. It’s a joy to receive so much love." Soobin shared a heartwarming story about his nephew, who boasts about their popularity at school, while Taehyun reflected, "Being called 'the President of Elementary School Students' is heartwarming, as it means we are artists who have shared a moment in time together."

As they approach the 'seven-year curse' (마의 7년), Soobin mentioned discussions about re-signing with their agency, Big Hit Music (빅히트뮤직), stating, "We are discussing it among the members. We all feel happiest when we are together and want to sing for a long time. While discussions are ongoing, I hope to share positive news soon." Huening Kai reassured fans, saying, "We are working hard to show our colors, so MOA (the official fan club) doesn’t need to worry too much."

TOMORROW X TOGETHER will officially kick off their activities with 'Beautiful Strangers' at 6 PM on the same day the album is released. Taehyun concluded with an ambitious goal, stating, "We should dream big, right? I want to reach number one on the Billboard Hot 100."
