THE BOYZ Achieves New Milestone with 'Unexpected' Album Sales

K-pop group THE BOYZ has reached another remarkable milestone. Their agency, 100 Entertainment, announced today (March 24) that the initial sales for their third studio album, Unexpected (언익스펙티드), have surpassed 740,000 copies. Since its release on March 17, the album has recorded a total of 743,255 sales within just one week.

This achievement breaks their previous record for first-week sales, which was set by their second studio album, Pt.2 Sixth Sense (식스 센스), at 600,000 copies, marking a new career high for the group.

Additionally, THE BOYZ has now become a quadruple half-million seller, following their mini album THRILL-ING (스릴링), second studio album Pt.2 Sixth Sense, and mini album No.9 도화선 (導火線), all of which surpassed 500,000 sales.

The music video for their title track, VVV (브이브이브이), has also garnered significant attention, amassing over 25 million views within just six days of its release, and has topped major domestic music charts, including Bugs Music.

Released on March 17, the album Unexpected captures the unpredictable charm of THE BOYZ, featuring songs across various genres. The members actively participated in writing, composing, and designing the album, adding a layer of authenticity to the project.
