TEMPEST Proves Their Popularity in Japan with 'BUBBLE GUM'

K-pop group TEMPEST has solidified their popularity in Japan with the release of their second mini-album, 'BUBBLE GUM (버블 검)', which debuted at number 12 on the Billboard Japan Hot Albums chart and number 10 on the Oricon Weekly Album chart as of December 18. Following their successful debut mini-album 'BANG! (뱅!)' in April, TEMPEST's latest release has shown impressive growth, achieving the 7th spot on the Oricon Daily Album chart immediately after its release on December 11. Returning to Japan after eight months, TEMPEST has made a significant impact, showcasing their status as a 'global hot item'.

The album 'BUBBLE GUM' features the title track 'Bubble Gum', known for its catchy hip-hop sound and groovy beats, alongside the emotional track 'Broken Record (브로큰 레코드)', and Japanese versions of their popular songs 'LIGHTHOUSE (라이트하우스)' and 'Slow Motion (슬로우 모션)'.

To celebrate the album's release, TEMPEST held solo concerts in Osaka and Tokyo, marking their first solo performances in 1 year and 4 months. The concerts allowed them to connect deeply with fans through a diverse setlist that included officially released songs, performances from the Mnet survival show 'Road to Kingdom: ACE OF ACE', and Japanese cover songs.

With their activities in Japan gaining momentum, TEMPEST plans to continue their global endeavors through upcoming albums and performances.
