&TEAM Tops Oricon Weekly Chart with 'Yukiakari'

The group &TEAM has achieved a remarkable milestone by securing the top spot on the Oricon Weekly Chart with their second studio album, 'Yukiakari' (雪明かり/유키아카리). According to the latest chart released on December 24, which reflects data from December 16 to 22, &TEAM's new album, featuring members U-joon, Fuma, K, Nicholas, Yuma, Jo, Harua, Taki, and Maki, debuted at number one in the 'Weekly Album Ranking'. 'Yukiakari' quickly rose to the top of the 'Daily Album Ranking' upon its release and maintained its position for six consecutive days.
Additionally, the album recorded impressive first-week sales of 491,677 copies, surpassing the previous week's sales of 'Aoarashi' (嵐/아오아라시) and setting a new personal best for &TEAM.
The music video for the title track 'Yukiakari' is also gaining popularity, having surpassed 10 million views just six days after its release on December 22.
The album 'Yukiakari' serves as the finale of a seasonal-themed series, focusing on 'winter' and symbolizing a new beginning and hope for the nine boys who have grown closer through the seasons. It includes four new songs, such as 'Deer Hunter', 'illumination', and 'crescent moon's wish' (三日月の願い), along with Korean versions of 'Yukiakari' and 'Deer Hunter', totaling 22 tracks.
&TEAM is set to perform at the '2024 Asia Artist Awards' in Bangkok, Thailand, on December 27.
