The agency revealed that they filed an initial complaint with the Gangnam Police Station in January regarding online trolls targeting Seo. Recently, a former staff member who disseminated false information about Seo has been referred to the prosecution for defamation. Some identified individuals are expected to be sent to the prosecution soon, and the agency stated they will pursue strict penalties against all offenders.
Seo Ye Ji has been dealing with rumors related to actor Kim Soo Hyun, causing her significant distress. The revelation that a former staff member was involved in spreading falsehoods has added to the shock.
