Stylist Kim Woo-ri Criticizes President Yoon Seok-yeol Amid Impeachment Controversy

On January 3, stylist Kim Woo-ri took to social media to share a video along with a provocative statement regarding the ongoing impeachment controversy surrounding President Yoon Seok-yeol. In the post, Kim declared, "The people we need to take down first are the communists," accompanied by footage of a rally outside the presidential residence.
The video showcased a crowd of far-right supporters gathered to oppose the impeachment of President Yoon, waving both the South Korean flag (태극기) and the American flag (성조기). During the rally, a speaker defended President Yoon's assertion that the Democratic Party of Korea is a traitorous entity, citing American attorney Gordon Chang's agreement with this viewpoint. The attendees responded with affirmations of support.
In response to the rally, Kim Woo-ri posted the video with the comment about communists, a term often used by far-right groups to disparage progressive factions. The intent behind Kim's post sparked debate among netizens, with one user questioning, "Who are the communists? The ones holding the American flags?" To this, Kim replied, "Do you really need to ask? Every citizen of South Korea knows that communists are the main enemy!"
Kim Woo-ri is known not only as a stylist but also as a business entrepreneur, having gained recognition through various entertainment programs such as 'The Boss's Ears Are Donkey Ears' (사장님 귀는 당나귀 귀).
