His photos were even displayed at the city hall entrance for a month.

Jang's fascination with birds began in the fourth grade after he watched bird-related videos that his mother was viewing. Now, his study room is filled with 23 different bird guides and books, including titles like 'Birds and Humans', 'Surviving in the Bird World', and 'The Language of Birds'.

For the past three years, Jang has pursued his passion for bird photography, aspiring to become one of the top ornithologists in South Korea. In a collaborative effort, the city of Andong and the Ministry of Environment have completed infrastructure facilities, including observation decks and ecological trails, to promote the black-tailed gull, which is designated as a second-class endangered species. The observation deck, located 300 meters from their habitat, is equipped with high-powered telescopes and ecological interpretation panels, along with planted flowers and trees.

The black-tailed gull, primarily found on sandy beaches, migrates from Australia and New Zealand to breed in Korea and Japan between March and July. They were first spotted at Andong Lake in 2013. A 20-year-old radar technician in the South Korean Navy has received a suspended prison sentence for secretly entering the sleeping quarters of female soldiers and stealing their underwear. The court will examine claims of torture and the rapid conclusion of the original trial, which lasted only 16 days for the first instance and just six days for the appeal.

Yoon acknowledged his supporters with a faint smile and a wave as his vehicle slowly made its way along Seocho-daero towards his home. Many supporters ran alongside the car, expressing their dedication with shouts of, "You've worked hard, Mr. President!" and "We will protect you!" 

Earlier, around 10 PM, supporters had prepared a human chain stretching approximately 940 meters along the streets leading to the prosecutor's office, with police estimating the crowd size at around 1,500 at 9 PM. However, as the night wore on and Yoon's return was delayed, many supporters left, leaving about 200 by dawn. 

When news broke that Yoon's questioning had concluded and the document review was starting, the crowd cheered, chanting his name louder. Barricades were set up in front of the demonstrators, who waved their phones with flashlights in anticipation of Yoon's exit. One YouTuber encouraged the crowd to flash their lights in support when Yoon appeared.
