Squid Game Season 3 Spoilers Revealed by Cast
The team behind Squid Game has shared exciting spoilers for Season 3, as revealed by the main cast. On January 2, Netflix uploaded a video titled "We Watched the Season 2 Post-Credits Scene with the Cast." In the video, Lee Jung-jae, Im Si-wan, Kang Ae-sim, Yang Dong-geun, Lee Seo-hwan, and Jo Yu-ri gathered to watch Season 2 together.
As the post-credits scene played, the actors expressed their surprise, with Lee Jung-jae commenting, "So Cheol-soo is making an appearance," while Kang Ae-sim humorously asked, "Do those two have something going on?" Im Si-wan also voiced his disappointment, saying, "Is this how it ends?"
Towards the end of the video, the cast shared their insights on what to look forward to in Season 3. Lee Jung-jae stated, "Squid Game Season 3 will feature new games and intense character confrontations." Im Si-wan hinted at the introduction of new characters, asking, "Could Cheol-soo be the only new face?" Kang Ae-sim predicted, "You might just find yourself in tears during Season 3," while Yang Dong-geun suggested that the post-credits scene hinted at many more surprises to come.
Lee Seo-hwan expressed his eagerness to enjoy the show alongside the audience, and Jo Yu-ri urged fans to show their love for Season 3. Lee Jung-jae added, "I hope for a lot of viewership."
Meanwhile, Squid Game Season 2 continues the story of Gi-hun (played by Lee Jung-jae), who returns to the deadly games seeking revenge against the Front Man (played by Lee Byung-hun). Following its global success after its 2021 release, anticipation is building for the upcoming Season 3, set to premiere later this year.
