Sparks Fly Between Jeon So-min and Choi Daniel in New Episode

On December 27, the YouTube channel 'Musebee' released the fourth episode of 'Choi Da Cheese,' titled 'Is There a Possibility of Romance Between Choi Daniel and Jeon So-min?'. In the episode, Choi Daniel transformed into a butler to welcome Jeon So-min, with whom he is currently co-starring in the drama 'Today, I’m Sorry'. Jeon So-min recalled a moment during the production press conference when she choked on water, and Choi Daniel handed her a napkin, describing him as charismatic yet hard to approach due to his quiet demeanor. She noted, 'There’s no such cheerful uncle in the drama, but he has a playful glint in his eyes.'

Jeon So-min affectionately referred to Choi Daniel as 'Choi-kun', while he complimented her, saying, 'She has a bright and cheerful vibe. I was really happy to see her when we first met for the drama. Her smile is truly beautiful.' Jeon So-min playfully questioned if this was flirting, recalling how he suddenly told her, 'You look much prettier in person,' which left her feeling a bit puzzled.

As they chatted, they decided to create a collage together. Jeon So-min expressed her preference for static over dynamic art, and both revealed they have been long-time fans of each other. She mentioned, 'There aren’t many actors born in 1986, so I always wanted to work with someone my age. I kept asking the director who the male lead would be, and Choi Daniel was the first name that came to mind.' Choi Daniel humorously responded, 'This isn’t flirting; it’s almost a confession. I fall in love easily.'

Jeon So-min teased Choi Daniel by calling him foolish, to which he responded with laughter, saying he had never been called that before. He found it amusing and cute. Choi Daniel added, 'I genuinely think Jeon So-min is adorable and I like her as a person.' Jeon So-min quipped, 'It’s hard not to find me cute!' She acknowledged that while people find her cute, she doesn’t exploit it for personal gain.

When asked about the importance of love versus success, Jeon So-min shared, 'What people want most isn’t always given to them. When I was younger, it was about work. Now, I want love, and I feel my work is becoming more stable.' Choi Daniel reflected on his past, saying, 'I’ve experienced everything except happiness. I was most depressed in my mid-20s. Right now, work is my priority.' Jeon So-min added that she wants to focus on her life rather than vague dreams.

Jeon So-min also discussed her relationship with her father, revealing that while they share a similar personality, they aren’t very close. She has never expressed her love verbally or physically, attributing this to her father raising her more like a friend. Choi Daniel shared his own background, mentioning that his mother passed away when he was four, and he had to grow up quickly, learning to express himself only recently.

Meanwhile, Jeon So-min and Choi Daniel star in the KBS Joy drama 'Today, I’m Sorry', a romantic comedy set in 'Cheonpo New City', depicting the tumultuous life of a woman who struggles with love and marriage while pretending to be married. The show airs every Thursday at 9 PM.
