Song Hye-kyo's Friends Show Support at 'The Black Nuns' VIP Premiere
As the release of the film 'The Black Nuns' approaches, actress Song Hye-kyo received a warm show of support from her close friends at the VIP premiere held on January 21 at Lotte Cinema World Tower in Songpa-gu, Seoul. Numerous stars attended the event, including models and actors such as Shin Hyun-ji, Kim Joo-hun, Park Sol-mi, Park Hyo-joo, Jeon Hyo-sung, Ha Joon, Lee Moo-saeng, Yura, Jang Ki-yong, Lim Ji-yeon, Choi Yoo-jung, Seolhyun, Gong Ji-ho, Uhm Jung-hwa, Ok Joo-hyun, Jeon So-ni, and Park So-yi, all coming together to support the film.
Among the attendees were Song Hye-kyo's well-known friends, including Lim Ji-yeon, Park Hyo-joo, Ok Joo-hyun, Park Sol-mi, Shin Hyun-ji, and Choi Hee-seo. Lim Ji-yeon, who formed a bond with Song Hye-kyo through the Netflix original series 'The Glory', shared a heartfelt message, saying, "Sister, fighting! Senior, fighting!" along with a friendly photo of the two.
In the photo, Lim Ji-yeon and Song Hye-kyo embraced closely, both beaming with joy. Park Hyo-joo, who has maintained a friendship with Song Hye-kyo for five years since their collaboration in the drama 'Now, We Are Breaking Up', also attended to show her support. Last year, Song Hye-kyo attended a play featuring Park Hyo-joo, further solidifying their bond.
Shin Hyun-ji, a long-time friend of Song Hye-kyo, was also present. Despite a 15-year age difference, the two have nurtured a strong friendship over the years.
Additionally, Choi Hee-seo, Ok Joo-hyun, and Park Sol-mi, who are also close friends of Song Hye-kyo, attended the premiere to cheer her on.
Notably, Suzy quietly attended the event to show her support, although she did not walk the photo wall. She later shared a snapshot from the VIP premiere. Suzy and Song Hye-kyo formed a connection last year when Suzy was cast in Kim Eun-sook's new Netflix original series 'Everything Will Be Okay', where Song Hye-kyo made a special appearance. The two have since become close friends, despite a 13-year age gap, often seen enjoying each other's company.
During the 3rd Blue Dragon Series Awards handprinting event, Suzy expressed her admiration for Song Hye-kyo, stating, "I'm a 'Hye-kyo fan.' She is very down-to-earth and full of love. She is a senior who gives a lot of advice, and I rely on her."
