Son Dam-bi and Lee Gyu-hyuk Reveal Gender of Their Baby

On December 18, the YouTube channel '담비손' released a video titled 'Finally Revealed! What is the Gender of Dabang? Gender Reveal Party,' where it was announced that Son Dam-bi and Lee Gyu-hyuk are expecting a daughter.

Son Dam-bi shared, "Today, we are finally revealing the gender! My brother didn’t realize I was pregnant because I didn’t have morning sickness or cravings. I’m currently 21 weeks along, and my belly is quite noticeable now. Are you feeling it yet?" To this, Lee Gyu-hyuk responded, "My belly has gotten bigger lately. I didn’t really feel it before."

Son Dam-bi then asked, "Would you prefer a daughter or a son?" Lee Gyu-hyuk expressed his wish for a son, saying, "I think it would be easier to raise a son in a free-range style. I have a dream of dressing him in matching outfits with me."

When asked if he would be disappointed if it were a daughter, Lee Gyu-hyuk replied, "Daughters are more precious. I think I need to study more."

Son Dam-bi mentioned, "They say the first daughter resembles the father, and the first son resembles the mother," to which Lee Gyu-hyuk humorously added, "I hope she resembles Dam-bi more. If my daughter doesn’t look like me, who will?"

Son Dam-bi revealed, "My brother said he hopes the baby resembles me in looks," confirming that their baby, Dabang, is indeed a girl. She stated, "Everyone, Dabang is a daughter!"

Lee Gyu-hyuk expressed some concerns, saying, "I worry if my daughter will resemble me," while Son Dam-bi reassured him, "He hopes she looks like him, but I want Dabang to inherit everything from her dad. He is a much better person in every way."

Lee Gyu-hyuk shared his feelings about the news, saying, "I have no thoughts about it. I’m just very happy and grateful." Son Dam-bi concluded, "I will take good care of Dabang until the day of her birth."
