Son Attacks Mother and Customers at Hair Salon in South Korea

A 20-year-old man was arrested by police after he allegedly attacked his mother, the owner of a hair salon, with a weapon, injuring her and two customers. The incident occurred around noon on July 5 at a salon in Seongsan-gu, Changwon, South Korea. The mother, identified as B (in her 60s), sustained serious injuries and was transported to a hospital, where she is reported to be in critical condition. Both a male and female customer present during the attack also suffered injuries. Police responded to the scene and apprehended the suspect, A, as he was committing the act. The motive behind the attack has not yet been disclosed. Authorities plan to apply for an arrest warrant for A and continue their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
