So Ji-sub Shares Heartfelt Support on tvN's 'Jjanhan Hyung'

On June 9, actor So Ji-sub displayed a rare emotional side during the broadcast of tvN's 'Jjanhan Hyung'. Known for his typically reserved demeanor, he couldn't hold back tears as he expressed his concern for a friend's family member who is seriously ill.

So Ji-sub began cautiously, stating, "I don't know if this will make it to air, but..." He shared that a close friend's sister-in-law is suffering and wanted to send her encouragement. He even sought assistance from Shin Dong-yup, the show's host.

In response, Shin Dong-yup praised So Ji-sub, revealing that a friend of Song Seung-heon, a pilot for Korean Air, is also dealing with a sick spouse, and noted how So Ji-sub has been supportive throughout. He added that the sister-in-law is a fan of 'Jjanhan Hyung' and sent her warm wishes to stay strong.
