Singer Eun Jong and Yoon Ddan Ddan Announce Divorce After Six Years of Marriage

Singer Eun Jong (은종) and her husband Yoon Ddan Ddan (윤딴딴) have officially divorced after six years of marriage. On June 12, Eun Jong shared a lengthy post on her social media account detailing the circumstances surrounding their separation.
In her statement, Eun Jong revealed that she had won a lawsuit against her husband for infidelity, concluding a year-long dispute. She is currently undergoing treatment for the mental and physical trauma she experienced during their relationship.
Eun Jong recounted that their relationship was marked by intense emotional conflicts that sometimes resulted in physical harm. Despite recognizing these issues, they chose to marry, believing in each other's trust. However, she admitted that from the early days of their marriage, she faced significant emotional distress and stress, leading her to question their relationship.
She expressed that the responsibility of their marriage weighed heavily on her, and she made every effort to maintain their bond. Unfortunately, unresolved infidelity and subsequent violent arguments made it impossible for their relationship to recover, leading to their separation and the ongoing divorce proceedings.
Eun Jong noted that during the divorce negotiations, she found it difficult to receive a sincere apology or reflection from her husband, despite the legal discussions regarding asset division.
The couple began dating in 2014 and tied the knot on March 16, 2019. Eun Jong debuted in 2014 with the song 'You Are My Love' and released her latest track 'Faded Memories' in December of last year. Yoon Ddan Ddan also debuted in 2014 with 'Half Fifty' and gained attention with songs like 'In My Studio' and 'Honeymoon Diary.'
Eun Jong concluded her post by expressing her hope that her story would not lead to further conflict or pain, and she thanked her fans and supporters for their understanding during this difficult time.
