As she begins to fill out her profile, Shin is faced with detailed questions ranging from living arrangements with her parents to her financial status and the qualities she seeks in a partner. She candidly shares her current assets and reveals that her top priority in a partner is personality, followed by appearance, while profession is not a significant factor for her. 

During the counseling session, she learns that she ranks highly in personality and looks, but is taken aback by her overall rating, which considers her financial situation, the instability of her acting career, and her current living situation as a 'kangaroo kid' (an adult living with parents). The harsh realities of the marriage market leave the MCs speechless. 

Later, Shin opens up to her mother, who is eager for her to marry, stating that marriage feels like an unsolvable problem that she needs to contemplate. In response to Shin's heartfelt reflections, MC Hong Jin-kyung suggests, 'Isn't it okay to live happily with family without getting married? There's no guarantee that marriage will lead to happiness.'

The episode opened with Hae-sung executing a covert operation alongside four domestic teams, tracking down individuals attempting to smuggle a significant cultural artifact, the Bangasayusang. Hae-sung skillfully subdued a fleeing suspect, CEO Park (김도윤), and successfully retrieved the artifact, showcasing Sung Kang-joon’s intense gaze and impressive action sequences that heightened the drama's tension.

However, a twist occurred when a stray bullet from Hae-sung's warning shot accidentally damaged the artifact, putting him at risk of being expelled from the agency. To avoid this fate, he was assigned a new mission to locate hidden gold bars supposedly concealed by the school's founding chairman, Lee Byeong-mun. To accomplish this, Hae-sung decided to disguise himself as a student.

The chemistry between Hae-sung and Oh Soo-ah (진기주) provided comedic relief. Soo-ah felt a spark when Hae-sung intervened during a disturbance at her mother’s bar, but her excitement turned to frustration when he appeared as a new transfer student. Hae-sung’s casual demeanor and informal address towards Soo-ah added to the tension, leaving viewers eager to see how their dynamic unfolds.

As Hae-sung explored the campus, he stumbled upon an old building that piqued his suspicion, especially when he noticed the electric meter still running despite its dilapidated state. This discovery raised questions about the connection between the building and the gold bars.

Towards the end of the episode, Hae-sung faced an unexpected threat while sneaking into the old building at night. Just as he was about to descend into the basement, he was confronted by an armed individual, leaving viewers anxious about how he would escape this precarious situation.

The premiere of Undercover High School not only highlighted Sung Kang-joon’s action-packed performance but also showcased his ability to seamlessly blend seriousness with humor. Jin Ki-joo contributed to the lively atmosphere with her stable acting, enhancing the fresh storyline. The Gangnam Police have initiated a preliminary investigation into actress 이하늬 (Lee Ha-nee) following allegations of tax evasion. On February 20, the police confirmed they received a complaint through the National Petition System requesting an investigation into her tax issues, as well as concerns regarding the funding sources for high-value real estate purchased by a company where she serves as an inside director. A 23-year-old woman, identified as A, has been sentenced to 1 year and 6 months in prison by the Cheongju District Court for making a false rape accusation against her boyfriend after undergoing an abortion. The presiding judge, Jeong Woo-hyuk, stated that A had consensual sexual relations with her boyfriend in April 2021 but later claimed she was raped when he did not visit her following the procedure. A had previously been pregnant with her boyfriend's child and had an abortion. After he failed to contact her, she falsely reported that he had raped her and vandalized her home. Additionally, A faced charges for refusing a breathalyzer test while driving in July of the previous year. The judge noted that if the false rape claim had been proven true, the accused would have faced severe penalties, emphasizing A's repeated false statements and denial of responsibility as factors in determining her sentence.

On the morning of February 22, 2025, families of the victims of the tragic fire at the Banyan Tree Resort in Busan gathered to hold a press conference, calling for a thorough investigation and accountability for those responsible. The event was organized by the bereaved families in collaboration with the Busan Movement for a World Without Serious Accidents.

During the press conference, a representative of the families criticized a joint briefing held by the Busan city government on February 20, describing it as a mere attempt to deflect responsibility without addressing the concerns of the victims' families. He stated, "We can no longer tolerate the deceitful actions and indifference of the Busan city government and responsible agencies towards the bereaved families."

The representative further expressed outrage at the city’s comments during the briefing, where officials suggested that a memorial space would only be established if there were ten or more fatalities or thirty or more injuries, which he deemed disrespectful.

The families are demanding a comprehensive investigation into the incident, punishment for those responsible for the serious accident, preventive measures from the city and the construction companies involved, an official apology from the companies, the establishment of memorials, and adequate compensation and support for the bereaved families.

After the press conference, the families were allowed to enter the resort for the first time since the fire, which occurred nine days earlier. Previously, police had restricted their access to preserve the scene. Some family members were seen weeping as they embraced photographs of their loved ones at the site.

In a statement released nine days after the fire, the construction companies involved, Samjeong Corporation and Samjeong E&C, expressed their condolences, stating, "We sincerely apologize to the deceased, their families, and the injured. We also extend our heartfelt apologies to the public for the distress caused."

They added that their employees had visited the mourning sites to offer support and that the delay in their official apology was regrettable due to the ongoing investigation and recovery efforts.
