SEVENTEEN's Wonwoo to Begin Military Service on April 3

SEVENTEEN member Wonwoo is set to enlist in the military on April 3, 2025. Pledis Entertainment announced this news on March 5 through the official fan community platform Weverse, stating that Wonwoo will fulfill his military duties starting on that date. As a result, he will not participate in the 'Teccate Pal Norte 2025' festival or the upcoming fan meeting in Japan scheduled for April.
The agency confirmed that Wonwoo will take part in the 'CARAT LAND' concert on March 20-21 without any issues and will continue to engage with fans through various pre-prepared content.
Pledis also mentioned that there will be no official events on the day of his enlistment, and they kindly requested fans to refrain from visiting his training center. Fans are encouraged to express their support for Wonwoo through Weverse.
With this announcement, Wonwoo becomes the second member of SEVENTEEN to begin military service, following Jeonghan, who enlisted in September of last year.
Meanwhile, SEVENTEEN will hold their '2025 SVT 9TH FAN MEETING 'SEVENTEEN in CARAT LAND' at the Incheon Munhak Stadium on March 20-21, where they will meet with fans.
