SEVENTEEN's DK Collaborates with Vernon and Chinese Rapper JinJiBeWater_ on New EP

On November 23, SEVENTEEN member 디에잇 (DK) announced the release of his first Chinese EP titled ‘STARDUST,’ featuring contributions from his bandmate 버논 (Vernon) and the winner of the Chinese hip-hop competition show, JinJiBeWater_. The tracklist for the EP was shared on SEVENTEEN's official social media, revealing three songs: the title track ‘Orbit (道) (feat. JinJiBeWater_)’, ‘54321 (Lift Off) (feat. Vernon of SEVENTEEN)’, and ‘Cold Love’.

The collaboration between 디에잇 and 버논 on ‘54321 (Lift Off)’ marks their first time working together on a song, generating excitement among fans for the new synergy they will create.

JinJiBeWater_, who features on the title track ‘Orbit (道)’, is known for winning the hip-hop program ‘랩 오브 차이나 2024 (Rap of China 2024)’ aired on the iQIYI platform. He showcased his talent alongside notable producers like 타블로 (Tablo) from the group 에픽하이 (Epik High) and local hip-hop artist KeyNG during the competition.

디에잇 has previously contributed to SEVENTEEN's group songs and solo singles, and he continues to demonstrate his skills as a singer-songwriter by being credited on all tracks of ‘STARDUST’. In addition to his feature on ‘54321 (Lift Off)’, 버논 also participated in writing and composing the title track ‘Orbit (道)’.

As anticipation builds for the new release, 디에잇 plans to unveil concept photos and official teasers in the coming days. Following the album's launch, fans can look forward to performance videos and visualizers.

Meanwhile, SEVENTEEN is set to perform at the ‘2024 MAMA AWARDS’ taking place at the Kyocera Dome in Osaka on November 23, where they are expected to deliver another spectacular performance. The group recently celebrated their seventh consecutive win in the ‘FAN’S CHOICE MALE TOP 10’ category at the awards, highlighting their immense global popularity.
