SEVENTEEN's DIAMOND Unveils His First Chinese EP 'STARDUST'

Today, December 4, at 11 AM, DIAMOND from the group SEVENTEEN released his first Chinese EP titled 'STARDUST'. Ahead of the album's launch, he expressed his excitement through Pledis Entertainment, stating, "I have been working on 'STARDUST' for a long time, and I am thrilled to finally release it. I want to showcase my style as an artist."

The term 'STARDUST' refers to the countless particles of stars scattered across the universe, embodying a surreal and enchanting atmosphere. DIAMOND has infused his music with a rock-chic vibe, creating a sensory experience that reflects his unique world.

The EP features three tracks, including the title song 'Orbit (道) (feat. JinJiBeWater_)'. DIAMOND is credited on all songs, highlighting his skills as a singer-songwriter. SEVENTEEN member Vernon not only features on the first track '54321 (Lift Off) (feat. Vernon of SEVENTEEN)' but also contributed to the lyrics and composition of both this track and the title song, hinting at a fresh chemistry between the two.

DIAMOND described 'STARDUST' as filled with dreamy and danceable tracks, adding, "There are hidden emotions and romance within. I hope listeners can feel these elements while enjoying the music." He also expressed his happiness in being able to present a wonderful gift to his fans, known as CARAT.

Following the album release, DIAMOND will unveil a performance video for 'Orbit (道) (feat. JinJiBeWater_)' on December 6. As a member of SEVENTEEN's unique performance unit, fans are eager to see what choreography he will showcase in this new song. An official visualizer will be released sequentially on December 7 and 8.

SEVENTEEN is set to hold their 'SEVENTEEN [RIGHT HERE] WORLD TOUR IN JAPAN' at the Tokyo Dome on December 4 and 5. This tour, which kicked off at the Vantelin Dome Nagoya, will continue to the Kyocera Dome Osaka and Fukuoka PayPay Dome. Additionally, they will perform 'LOVE, MONEY, FAME (feat. DJ Khaled)' at the 2024 Billboard Music Awards on December 12 (local time) and are nominated for the Top K-pop Touring Artist award.
