SEVENTEEN Celebrates 10th Anniversary with Special Event at Jamsu Bridge

On May 25, 2025, at 7:30 PM, SEVENTEEN held a grand offline event titled 'B-DAY PARTY: BURST Stage @Jamsu Bridge' in Seoul's Seocho District to celebrate their 10th anniversary. The group opened the event with their title track 'THUNDER' from their upcoming fifth studio album, 'HAPPY BURSTDAY'.

As the first K-pop group to perform at Jamsu Bridge, member Mingyu expressed his excitement, saying, "I imagined a lot when I heard we would perform here. I wondered if there would be yachts, if the sunset would be beautiful, and worried about the rain, but everything seems perfect. I hope everyone enjoys it until the end!"

Hoshi thanked the fans, stating, "We are the first K-pop group to perform at Jamsu Bridge, and it’s all thanks to our Carats." Dokyeom echoed this sentiment, emphasizing that such milestones wouldn't be possible without their fans. Seungkwan remarked on the significance of performing at such a notable location, saying, "The Han River is essential to Korea, and it’s thrilling to perform here. I believe our Carats feel the same way."

Hoshi asked the audience how they felt about the opening song 'THUNDER', to which Woozi shared that the song is powerful and that he felt inspired while creating it. Seungkwan noted that this was the first time Woozi had mentioned feeling inspired while writing a song. He also highlighted the importance of their upcoming album, which is set to release on May 26, 2025, and explained that the album title 'HAPPY BURSTDAY' combines the celebration of their anniversary with the concept of bursting forth and starting anew.

Vernon added that the album features three group songs and 13 solo tracks, totaling 16 songs, making it a significant release. Mingyu mentioned that unfortunately, Wonwoo could not join them for the event but contributed to the album. Dino teased the audience with promises of a spectacular fountain show and fireworks, encouraging everyone to look forward to the party atmosphere.

The group also performed another track from the album, 'HBD', followed by 'HOT', which elicited enthusiastic sing-alongs from the fans. Seungkwan noted the shift in mood, saying they would transition to a more emotional vibe. Mingyu suggested a wave motion from the audience to match the upcoming performance, which resulted in a stunning visual display.

SEVENTEEN continued with performances of 'April Shower', 'Our Dawn is Hotter than Day', and 'Headliner', expressing their gratitude to the fans for their support. Hoshi reflected on how quickly time has passed since their debut, while Seungkwan acknowledged the miraculous opportunity to perform in such a venue.

As the concert neared its end, the members performed 'Let's Go Together', 'God of Music', and 'Eyes on You', concluding with their encore staple 'Very NICE'. Joshua shared heartfelt words, thanking the fans for their support over the past decade and expressing his love for them.

As the event wrapped up, the members encouraged the audience to keep the area clean and emphasized that the best performances come from the best fans. They ended the night with hopes of celebrating their 20th anniversary at the same venue and urged fans to love 'THUNDER'.

SEVENTEEN's fifth studio album 'HAPPY BURSTDAY' is set to be released on May 26, 2025, at 6 PM.
