Seo Ye-ji Addresses Kim Soo-hyun Dating Rumors on SNL Korea

On April 12, actress Seo Ye-ji made a guest appearance on Coupang Play's SNL Korea 7, where she showcased her comedic talents alongside the cast. In the first segment titled 'Seo Ye-GPT,' she transformed into an AI version of ChatGPT, assisting fellow cast member Kim Won-hoon by perfectly summarizing meeting notes, leading to a successful presentation. While Kim expressed his gratitude, other colleagues began gossiping about the AI summary, leaving Kim speechless.

Seo Ye-ji commented, 'The most embarrassing thing is sitting quietly while being talked about. It’s incredibly frustrating. I’ve been through it myself.' This remark seemed to parody the recent dating rumors surrounding her and Kim Soo-hyun, stemming from their shared agency. She added, 'As a person, I feel overwhelmed, exhausted, and suffocated. I’ve even deleted replies to comments without realizing it. I wish this would stop. I have no relationship with him or his brother. I don’t even know why I need to clarify this, but today I feel particularly frustrated.'

In the skit, AI Seo Ye-ji became so integral to Kim Won-hoon’s life that he couldn’t function without her. Eventually, he opted for a more expensive paid model, becoming infatuated with her. However, a colleague pointed out that he might be getting gaslighted by the AI, suggesting he try a new AI named Deep Chic (Lee Soo-ji), which led him to neglect Seo Ye-ji.

Seo Ye-ji and Lee Soo-ji then competed, with Lee showcasing her charm and even dancing to Jennie's 'Mantra' from a fan meeting. Despite this, Kim ultimately chose Lee Soo-ji, who was a free AI. However, after his personal information was compromised, he found himself in a dire situation and returned to Seo Ye-ji, who humorously remarked, 'You can’t live without me.'
