Seo In-young Acknowledges Divorce Proceedings with Businessman Husband

Singer Seo In-young (서인영), aged 40, has confirmed that she is currently undergoing divorce proceedings. On the 27th, her agency, SW Entertainment, stated to the media, "Seo In-young is in the final stages of the divorce process and is negotiating amicably."

Seo In-young married a non-celebrity businessman in February of last year, but just seven months into their marriage, she faced divorce rumors in September of the same year and again in March of this year.

When the first divorce rumors surfaced, Seo In-young acknowledged some discord with her husband in an interview but clarified that it was not a divorce. During the second wave of rumors, her agency refrained from commenting, stating, "This is a personal matter, and we cannot provide further details at this time."

Seo In-young debuted in 2002 as a member of the girl group Jewelry (쥬얼리) and gained popularity with hit songs such as "One More Time" (원 모어 타임), "I Really Like You" (네가 참 좋아), and "Superstar" (슈퍼스타). As a solo artist, she has released successful tracks like "Cinderella" (신데렐라) and "Teach Me" (가르쳐 줘요).

She is set to make a comeback in January next year with a song composed by Yoon Il-sang (윤일상).
