Robert Pattinson Makes Surprise Appearance on Running Man

Hollywood actor Robert Pattinson is set to make a surprise appearance on the popular variety show Running Man (런닝맨). On January 20, SBS clarified that Pattinson's involvement is not as a formal guest, stating, "He is not an official guest; it was a coincidence that he crossed paths with the crew during filming."

Pattinson stars in Bong Joon-ho's upcoming film Mickey 17, which is based on the novel Mickey 7 by American author Edward Ashton. The sci-fi film features a star-studded cast including Steven Yeun, Naomi Ackie, Toni Collette, and Mark Ruffalo. This marks Bong's first project in six years since the acclaimed Parasite (기생충). Pattinson recently visited South Korea for the film's press conference, and while his appearance on Running Man is not a formal guest spot, fans are excited to see him on a variety show.

The episode featuring Robert Pattinson is scheduled to air on February 9.
