Rapper Noelle Expresses Anger Over Arrest Warrant for President Yoon Suk-yeol

Noelle (real name Jang Yong-jun), the son of former People Power Party member Jang Je-won and a well-known rapper, has publicly expressed his outrage following reports of an arrest warrant being requested for President Yoon Suk-yeol. On December 30, a magazine shared news via its official account that the joint investigation team had filed for an arrest warrant against the president. In response, Noelle took to the comments section of the post, unleashing a torrent of profanity, stating, "This is really disgusting, just shut down the page," and "Diverse incitement and 리짜이밍 (Rizaiming)." The term '리짜이밍' is a derogatory reference to Lee Jae-myung, the leader of the Democratic Party, pronounced in a Chinese style. Additionally, Noelle criticized leftist ideologies with comments like "좌이즈맥" (Leftist). Noelle gained fame in 2017 through appearances on Mnet's High School Rapper and Show Me the Money 6. However, he has faced controversy due to two DUI incidents and was sentenced to one year in prison in September 2021 for refusing to undergo a breathalyzer test and assaulting police after a drunk driving accident. He was released in October 2022.
